How to place an order?
Browse our store, add your desired items to your cart, then follow the steps of the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been validated.

What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times are 7 to 15 business days after shipment. Order processing generally takes an additional 1 to 3 business days.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver throughout the European Union (France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, etc.). Deliveries outside the EU are not available for the moment.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Click on the provided link to track your package in real-time.
My package is delayed, what should I do?
Delays may occur due to exceptional conditions (customs, high volume). If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we will do what is necessary to locate it.

How long does it take to get a refund?
The refund is issued within 14 business days after receipt and verification of the returned item, to the original payment method.
