Return Policy

At Dar Warda, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with current European and Spanish legislation.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Spain), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically takes possession of the last good.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email) to:

  • Subject: Withdrawal – Order No. [your order number]

Please include in your message:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The list of items you wish to return
  • The reason for return (optional but appreciated)

We will send you an acknowledgment of your withdrawal by email along with return instructions.

3. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • Have all tags still attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging or suitable packaging
  • Show no signs of use, perfume, or makeup

Returned items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you at your expense.

Items not eligible for return: underwear, swimwear (if the protective seal has been removed), personalized items, and gift cards.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective
  • The product received does not match your order (error on our part)
  • The product is damaged upon receipt

In these cases, Dar Warda will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item to obtain a prepaid return label.

5. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original order. No charges will be applied for this refund.

The refund includes the price of the returned item(s). Initial shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order (the refund will cover standard shipping costs, not any express shipping charges).

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to:

  1. Process a return according to the procedure described above
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@darwarda.es attaching:

  • Photos of the product and the defect
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue

In accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity, we will proceed with the replacement or full refund of the product, including return shipping costs.

8. Legal Guarantee

Independently of the right of withdrawal, all our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish and European legislation. You have a period of 3 years from delivery to invoke this guarantee.
