At Dar Warda, we are committed to delivering your orders in the best possible conditions. Please read our shipping policy below carefully.
1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the following areas:

2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

These timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped (not the order date). Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delays may occur during peak periods (sales, holidays) or due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, customs, etc.).

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to the carrier's tracking page
You can also track your order at any time on our Track My Order page.
5. Customs and Duties (Outside EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Dar Warda has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. We recommend contacting the customs authorities in your country before placing an order to learn about any applicable charges.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged package: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at contact@darwarda.es with photos of the package and damaged products.
Lost package: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
7. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address entered during checkout is correct and complete. Dar Warda cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
In case of absence during delivery, the carrier may leave a notice. It is your responsibility to collect the package within the timeframe indicated by the carrier.
