Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&C") govern all sales made on the website darwarda.es, operated by Dar Warda. By placing an order on our website, you accept these T&C without reservation.

2. Products
Dar Warda offers a selection of modest fashion clothing and accessories for women. Products are presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are not part of the contractual scope. In case of minor differences between the photo and the product received (color, texture), this shall not engage our liability, except in case of proven defect.
Our products are shipped from Spain and the European Union. Estimated delivery times are 10 to 20 business days.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Dar Warda reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order validation. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is finalized.
4. Ordering
The ordering process is as follows:
- Product selection and addition to cart
- Review of cart contents
- Entry of shipping information
- Selection of shipping method
- Selection of payment method and entry of payment information
- Review and validation of the order
- Order confirmation by email
Order validation constitutes acceptance of these T&C and forms the sales contract between you and Dar Warda.
5. Payment
Payment is made at the time of ordering through Shopify Payments, which accepts the following bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is secured by SSL protocol and compliant with PCI-DSS standards. No banking information is stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Estimated delivery times are 10 to 20 business days and may vary depending on the destination. Dar Warda shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure.
Free shipping is offered for all orders over €100. For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and displayed before order validation.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Spanish legislation (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@darwarda.es stating your order number and your wish to withdraw.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with their tags and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defective product or error on our part.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned products, via the same payment method used for the order.

8. Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 114 et seq. of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users in Spain) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1484 et seq. of the Spanish Civil Code).
In case of a non-conforming or defective product, you may request the replacement or refund of the product under the conditions provided by law.
9. Liability
Dar Warda is committed to providing products that conform to their description. Our liability shall not be engaged in case of:
- Improper use of the product by the customer
- Non-compliance with care instructions
- Force majeure
- Unforeseeable and insurmountable event caused by a third party
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the darwarda.es website (texts, images, logos, graphics, icons, photographs) are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, even partial, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Dar Warda.
11. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with your orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
12. Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by Spanish law.
In case of a dispute, we invite you to first contact us at contact@darwarda.es to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with European Regulation No. 524/2013, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the defendant's domicile or, at the choice of the consumer claimant, those of the place of actual delivery of the product.
13. Changes
Dar Warda reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The applicable T&C are those in effect at the time of order validation by the customer.
